1. GENERAL

These general conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers at memelistore.com. Memeli store reserves the right to change at its own discretion, at any time, the graphical interface of the Application, the Contents and their organization, as well as any other aspect that characterizes the functionality and management of the Application, communicating to the User, where necessary, the relevant instructions.
By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions, so please read them carefully before placing an order. Any changes made after placing an order will not affect that order unless we are required by law to make the change. 2. PRICES AND SECURE PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery and Paypal.
Payment is charged when the order is placed and the order will be shipped once payment is received. No credit card fees are charged by us. It is not possible for us to charge more than the amount approved by you. The Holder reserves the right to change the price of the Products and all additional charges, if any, at any time. It is understood that any price changes will in no event affect any contracts already concluded prior to the change. All prices on the site are intended to be public prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT and packaging costs, in addition, all possible taxes, additional charges and delivery costs will be indicated, which may vary depending on the destination, the delivery method chosen and/or the payment method used. Where such items of expense cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, there will be an indication of what expenses will be charged to the User.
The Customer shall pay Memeli store the total price, as stated in the order and in the order confirmation emailed by Memeli store to the Customer.
The order is shipped only when all the requested products are available. Therefore, partial shipments are not made.

3. BILLING

The User wishing to receive an invoice will be asked for billing information. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the User, which he declares and guarantees to be true, releasing to the Owner every ample indemnity in this regard.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are made on behalf of the Customer, by Postedelivery express courier. We generally ship orders within 48 hours (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) after receipt of payment. Orders in Europe have a delivery time of approximately 4-9 days. Delivery times are approximate and therefore not guaranteed. We strive to keep the webshop stock up to date.
However, in the event that it is not possible to supply the requested Products, we will promptly notify the User by e-mail, stating when we expect to be able to deliver them or the reasons why delivery is impossible.
If the User does not intend to accept the new deadline or delivery has become impossible, he/she may request a refund of the amount paid, which will be credited as soon as possible in the same mode of payment used by the User for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days from the date Memeli store became aware of the request for refund.
Upon receipt of the Product, the Customer is required to check: that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, the User is also required to verify its compliance with the order placed. In the event that there is obvious damage to the packaging and/or the Product, the User may REFUSE delivery of the Product and may return it at no charge to the User. In the event that the package is undamaged upon delivery, it will not be possible to sign with “RESERVE OF CONTROL”, as per the internal regulations of all couriers, the delivery receipt. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Once the delivery document is signed, the User will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of the delivered Products. Memeli store shall not be liable to any party or third party for any damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execution of the contract due to force majeure. Memeli store for the cases mentioned above, will be exempt from any liability for lost shipments or parcel failures.
Any problems inherent in the mismatch of goods or incompleteness of the products received, must be reported to Memeli store upon delivery, which will book the pickup of the wrong product or send the missing product. Products that do not match what was ordered should not be taken out of the package or opened. The Customer from the moment he receives the nonconforming goods and from the moment he reports the fact, assumes full responsibility for what is stated. The shipment of the Products ordered by the Customer will take place in the mode selected by the Customer, among those available and indicated on the Site at the time of sending the order. In the event that a package can not be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or in the event of failure to collect within 3 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the related products will be returned to the Memeli store’s warehouse and the costs for the return to the sender will be charged to the recipient.
In case you decide to cancel the order, the costs incurred for the first shipment and any credit card charges will be deducted from the return payment.

The order will be shipped once payment has been received.

No responsibility can be attributed to Memeli store in case of delay in delivery of what was ordered.
Delivery times quoted represent the time normally required to deliver products and are provided for indicative purposes only, without assumption of any commitment or guarantee of compliance by Memeli store.

5. PICK-UP AT THE HEADQUARTERS

In the event that the Customer who wants to purchase one or more products in the webshop is a resident near the Memeli store headquarters (via Colli 35/A, Pieve del Grappa – TV, 31017) and wants to pick up the products in person, he/she can do so by choosing the pickup at the headquarters, after selecting the products he/she wishes to purchase and, subsequently, filling out the form by entering the time and day of the preferred pickup.
Memeli store will give confirmation for pickup within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping costs, will not be calculated.

6. RETURNS

Consumers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days, starting from the day the goods are delivered. You can exchange or return the goods by sending an e-mail to alessandra@memelistore.com indicating:
– order number
– name and address
– reason for return
Memeli store will respond within 24 hours.
In case of return, the amount of the products will be refunded in the form of a voucher that you can spend again on Memeli store. The refund is suspended until the goods are received by memeli store.
To make the return, the goods must be intact, unwashed and unused, with all labels intact. In case of damage or traces of use, we have the right to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund. In requesting a return, the consumer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods they wish to return.
In the case of international returns, any import charges or administration fees (customs) that may be charged for importing returned goods will be deducted from the return payment.

7. INQUIRIES, COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES

Memeli store will respond within 1-2 business days.
Defects and complaints should be reported as soon as possible after delivery of the order (within 5 calendar days) by providing pictures of the defect.
The item will be replaced or refunded upon return of the item.

8. ORDER SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE

Customers may order the products on www.memelistore.com as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the information sheet of a product, including the technical information and the accompanying image, may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics: the Customer hereby releases Memeli store from any liability with regard to any differences that the Customer may find between the data sheet (the one on the site) and the product physically received.
By sending the order, the Customer transmits to Memeli store a proposal to purchase the product or products selected. Sending the purchase order implies authorization to receive from Memeli store subsequent communications, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the contract of sale.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Memeli store through an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. The response is generated automatically by the system and cannot be considered in itself acceptance of the order, but only confirmation of receipt thereof. This confirmation message will contain Date and Time of execution of the order and an ‘Order Reference Number’, to be used in any further communication with Memeli store. The message will repeat all the data entered by the Customer, who agrees to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, in the manner described in this document.
If received correctly, the order can be viewed by the customer on the Memeli store site in his personal area, if he registered on the Site by creating an account, or through the link contained in the confirmation e-mail.
Memeli store reserves the unquestionable right to accept the customer’s purchase proposal. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Memeli store will promptly notify the Customer by e-mail.

9. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

For products made by hand, Memeli store declares that any possible imperfection is to be considered a feature and not a defect.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All users of the website are required to know and accept all of the above general terms and conditions. By placing an order with Memeli store, the consumer automatically accepts all our general terms and conditions. Memeli store customer details are automatically stored in our customer list.
